Searching by Sales

Information about searching on sales criteria like sale date and sale price. Use Sales Search if you are interested in finding properties according to sales information. Sales Search allows you to limit your search to a specific jurisdiction by selecting from geographic drop down lists. All fields are optional except Sale Dates.

Search Tips:

• Start with a more general search, and then modify your search with more specific criteria if you get too many results
• Use the geographic drop down lists to limit your search results to specific locations within the county.
• Punctuation (i.e. commas or dollar signs) is not allowed in Sale Price fields.
• Sale Dates must follow the format mm/dd/yyyy.
